At MWC Watches, we stand behind the precision and quality of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
